Employment:   Human Resources Administrative Assistant

SRO Housing Corporation’s Human Resources Administrative Assistant performs a variety of personnel related administrative tasks.

 

 

Responsibilities:

Supports the HR department in duties like posting job ads, updating HR databases and processing employee requests. Supports the human resources department by screening applicants; assisting with the preparation of payroll; on-boarding new employees; administering employee benefits. Maintains human resources records.

 

 

Requirements:

BS degree in Human Resources or relevant field and 2-4 years experience, Familiar with Federal and State labor laws, Excellent organizational and time-management skills, Teamwork skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Verbal Communication, Maintaining Employee Files, MS Office proficiency, Benefits Administration, Interviewing Skills, Professionalism.

 

Status:

Full-time Non-Exempt

 

Hourly rate:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour plus benefits
