Employment:  Desk Clerk Position

SRO Housing Corporation’s Desk Clerks coordinate all aspects of the residents stay in our emergency shelter hotels including checking-in, checking-out, the lobby, mail, and issues.




Perform day-to-day activities such as monitoring occupancy, lobby behavior, assisting Management, preparing reports, enforcing policies and procedures, and providing support.




High School diploma/GED; one to two years comparable clerical/administrative experience; awareness of and sensitivity to cultural issues as they pertain to homeless clients with special needs; computer literacy; filing systems; administrative workflow procedures.



Full-time Non-Exempt


Hourly Rate:

$12.00 plus benefits
