Employment: Case Manager Position

SRO Housing Corporation’s Case Managers provide intensive case management for clients/residents who are homeless with special needs.

 

 

Responsibilities:

Client screening and assessment; assisting in developing, implementing and monitoring Individual Action Plans; crisis intervention; providing resource referrals and assistance to clients in obtaining services offered by SRO Housing Corporation and other community resources.

 

 

Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a Behavioral Science and two years social services experience in a non-profit environment. Ideal candidates will have experience working with the homeless populations who have co-occurring conditions such as mental illness, HIV/AIDS, substance addiction.

 

Status:

Full-time Non-Exempt

 

Hourly Rate:

$15.00-$17.30 (Based on Program) plus benefits
